Healthcare Administrator

Overview: The Healthcare Administrator oversees the operations of healthcare facilities or services, ensuring they comply with regulations, industry standards, and company policies. This role ensures that healthcare clients receive effective and compliant staffing solutions while maintaining high-quality care standards. The Healthcare Administrator plays a key role in the strategic alignment of staffing and operational goals, ensuring efficient management of resources and smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of healthcare facilities, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and in line with established guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Staff Management: Manage staffing levels, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management to ensure that all patient care teams are adequately staffed and functioning well.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA), and maintain up-to-date knowledge of any changes in healthcare law.
  • Budget & Resource Allocation: Manage the operational budget, allocate resources efficiently, and track expenditures to ensure the facility operates within financial limits while providing quality care.
  • Patient Care & Improvement: Develop and implement patient care strategies that emphasize improving patient satisfaction, treatment outcomes, and the quality of care provided. Monitor patient feedback and address any concerns.
  • Policy Implementation: Create and enforce internal policies regarding patient care, employee conduct, safety, and operational procedures.
  • Risk Management: Identify operational risks related to patient safety, staffing shortages, or resource allocation, and create mitigation strategies to address these challenges.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of daily operations.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly report to senior leadership on operational performance, resource utilization, and patient care quality. Provide data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration or management.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and compliance standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams across departments.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with staff, patients, and external partners effectively.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to improve patient care, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.

Salary:

  • Base Salary: ₱45,000 – ₱60,000/month (depending on experience).

Incentives: Performance-based bonuses, including improvements in patient satisfaction and operational performance.
