Operations Manager

Overview: The Operations Manager ensures that internal systems, processes, and cross-departmental functions run efficiently, aligning all operational efforts with business goals for scaling workforce management and staffing services. This role is pivotal in maintaining a seamless flow between teams, optimizing workflows, and making real-time operational adjustments to improve performance. By managing day-to-day operations and coordinating between departments, the Operations Manager supports long-term success and ensures that client needs are met promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Daily Operations: Supervise and manage day-to-day operations across staffing, recruitment, and administrative functions to ensure everything runs smoothly and meets the company’s standards.
  • Operational Workflow Improvement: Develop, implement, and refine operational workflows to enhance productivity, improve operational efficiency, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Identify areas for improvement and initiate process optimization.
  • Resource Allocation: Monitor and allocate resources (staff, technology, finances) to support project management and recruitment goals. Ensure that the right resources are available for key initiatives to drive operational success.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with HR, Sales, and Client Management teams to ensure seamless alignment on organizational goals, project timelines, and deliverables. Foster strong interdepartmental relationships to maintain effective communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations and provide regular updates to senior management regarding project progress, challenges, and proposed solutions. Offer insights into operational performance and areas requiring attention.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or issues and implement strategies and solutions to resolve them quickly, minimizing any disruption to operations.
  • Budget and Timeline Management: Monitor and manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with operational goals.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in operations management, ideally within staffing, HR services, or similar service-based industries.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities with an attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) for task tracking, team collaboration, and project oversight.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present information and collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary:

  • Base Salary: $104,000/year (depending on experience).
  • Incentives: Performance-based bonuses.
