Content Strategy Manager

Overview: The Content Strategy Manager is responsible for developing and executing content strategies that support client marketing goals. This role is central to ensuring that content is not only engaging and creative but also strategically aligned with the needs of the target audience. The Content Strategy Manager will lead the planning, creation, and optimization of content, ensuring that each piece is designed to drive engagement, build brand authority, and improve online presence. The success of this role directly influences the ability of clients to maintain a strong digital presence and achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy Development: Create content calendars and strategic documents that align with client marketing objectives, ensuring consistency with branding, voice, and target audience.
  • Collaborative Content Creation: Work with the creative and marketing teams to develop engaging, high-performing content across various platforms (e.g., blogs, social media, newsletters).
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of content across multiple platforms, analyzing metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Content Optimization: Regularly adjust strategies based on performance data, improving content delivery to maximize impact.
  • Client Guidance: Provide clients with expert advice on content best practices, emerging trends, and innovative approaches to engage their audience.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure content aligns with the client’s brand identity and mission, maintaining high-quality standards and clear messaging.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content strategy, marketing, or digital communications.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary:

  • Base Salary: $8 – $10 USD/hour.
  • Incentives: Performance bonuses based on content engagement and campaign success.
