Overview: The Sales Executive (B2B) is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing sales within specific industries. This role directly drives revenue by identifying clients in need of staffing solutions and providing them with tailored services. The Sales Executive is expected to leverage their expertise to meet sales targets, develop proposals, and nurture long-term client relationships while ensuring the staffing needs are met efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Conduct thorough research to identify potential businesses that require staffing solutions across various industries.
- Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demos to prospective clients, showcasing how staffing services can meet their unique business needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing consistent value and ensuring continued satisfaction. Address client concerns and ensure that the services provided are aligned with their expectations.
- Sales Metrics: Track all sales activities, monitor progress toward meeting set sales targets, and regularly report on sales performance. Adjust sales strategies as necessary to meet revenue goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and staffing teams to ensure that client needs are understood and met efficiently, contributing to overall business success.
- Contract Negotiation: Manage the negotiation process, ensuring that terms and conditions align with both the client’s requirements and the company’s business goals.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, with a focus on staffing or service-based solutions (2-5 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of staffing industry trends and client needs within targeted industries.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Salary:
- Base Salary: ₱30,000 – ₱45,000/month (based on experience).
- Incentives: Performance-based bonuses, with commission structure for deals closed.
